VOLUNTARY RECALL NOTICE February 19, 2025

ATTENTION: LICENSED CANNABIS RETAILERS AND CONSUMERS

Baked Betty's is voluntarily recalling specific lots and batches of its cannabis-infused syrup product line in compliance with the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) requirements.

REASON FOR RECALL: This voluntary recall is being initiated due to documentation discrepancies identified during a routine DCC compliance review. While there have been no reports of adverse effects or product quality issues from consumers, we are initiating this recall to ensure full compliance with DCC documentation requirements.

REQUIRED ACTIONS: Licensed retailers in possession of affected products are instructed to:

1. Immediately discontinue sales of Tonik syrup products that match the METRC ID's below
2. Destroy all affected products on-site following proper waste management protocols

This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the California Department of Cannabis Control.

CONSUMER INSTRUCTIONS: Consumers in possession of these products should:

1. Discontinue use immediately
2. Return the product to the licensed retailer of purchase for proper disposal
3. Ask for a product credit at the dispensary the product was purchased from with a receipt proving the purchase.
